all for you baby...

It's been one of those days..long...laundry, dishes, dinner and drivers ed class. And like a lot of moms I am making homemade costumes for my kids school parties late at night as if I didn't know they were gonna have a party....denial is a terrible thing...so,with little money, I ran to Freddy's and grabbed wings off the discount rack and started to dream a little dream...and that's how this post happened...and this little headband came to be...
and how right now I'm picking at keys like a chicken because hot glue hurts...

but look at her...

.... how could I not? I cant wait to hear about her day....til then, I'll keep my hand in ice water and pick at the keys of my computer with a silly grin on my face! Thanks for stopping by! Love ya mean it! Stephanie

What a delightful costume for your cutie!! She's a little wood nymph! I made a spider costume for my granddaughter...complete with lime green tutu. It all started with a headband too. Silly me...I forgot to take photos as I went!

The costume and your daughter are just absolutely darling! I'm sure she felt special and looks just like a little wood nymph.
I burnt 3 of my fingers with hot glue over the weekend and had big blisters from it. Ouch! I know how it feels.

Such a cute costume, especially the head band! And your daughter is just adorable. Love the little "angel kisses" across her nose and cheeks. She is SO LUCKY to have a crafty Mom who can create such a cute costume for her on short notice!

Her costume is ADORABLE! I have a pretty nasty scar on my left wrist from a fight with a hot glue gun. The gun won.
