Smiling at time....

One night a long time ago when I was a seventeen year old girl..I sat in this booth at a Shari's restaurant..eating a strawberry shortcake with my friend Gwen when the most gorgeous man alive walked in and sat across the way.....
He walked in with Gwen's boyfriend Darren...I was trying to act all cool and collected and was simply dying to meet him when we were invited over to sit with them....the rest is a love story... I married that gorgeous man almost 20 years ago! I went there the other night with my sisters and realized that it would be such a great story for my kids if they could see the place where it all began...and memories just flooded back...it was the best night and it changed everything for me when I met the most gorgeous man alive....I just had to sit in this and realize we have been so blessed and to think it started here! It just makes me smile! anyway..hope you have the best Monday..what are your plans today? thanks for stopping by..love ya mean it! Stephanie

How romantic! What a great story! Funny thing is, just this morning my husband and I were listening to the music from the concert we first hung out at. My friend and I went with some other guys and they were being lame so we ditched them to hang out with my current hubby and friends- turned out he only bought tickets to that concert because he knew I was going! Hehe.
I guess it's a day of reminiscing :)

You are so lucky that the restaurant is still open. What a fun spot to relive that night.
