Hello there! I'm stopping in to share some pictures of a lovely wedding I went to this past weekend..I took a ton of pictures.. but will only share a few as I don't have permission to share wedding photos from the beautiful bride....this was the prettiest church and I had a great time snapping away!

Loving this look....so simple and elegant..

With little nooks and stairways, I felt a little mischievous and I had to try not to go snooping around TOO much....

Looking up at the underside of the upper balcony...the color of the wood and the workmanship is so stunning to me...

One of my favorite shots of the pew and books...

Details that made my eyes water..can't you tell? giggle

And one of my favorite hymns..Great is Thy Faithfulness..I remember singing this as a little girl... it stayed with me... as it gave me so much hope and lifted my spirit so many times....it is such powerful song....

I wonder....

can you feel this day? I hope so.... Congratulations to the bride and groom ..it was an honor to share your special day...thanks for stopping by! love ya mean it! Stephanie

The church is amazingly beautiful.
Do you know the age of it??
I love the dark wood, and the old wooden pews!! I can imagine how beautiful the wedding was.

The spirit in those old churches is amazing! I often wonder where the designs came from. Today's churches are modern and open and while God's spirit does dwell inside any willing vessel, I'm curious to know why the old churches were built in this style. I may do a little home work on this one!

Thanks for the tour...the photos with the sun light streaming in are just lovely!
